Membership Information

Arrowhead Alpine Club Program Summary

Our 14,000 square-foot Arrowhead Alpine Club is located just west of McCoy Creek at the base of the Arrowbahn Express lift.

Amenities for the membership of the Arrowhead Alpine Club include:

Members Lounge and Bar
• Complimentary continental breakfast provided daily
• Activities desk

Fitness Center
• “Great Room” including state-of-the-art cardiovascular and Cybex VR2 resistance machines, Precor cardio equipment, elliptical cross trainers and free weights
• Aerobics room for aerobics, spinning, step, stretch, yoga & Pilates classes
• Pilates Studio
• Spa treatment rooms
• Men’s and women’s locker rooms each with steam, whirlpools and day lockers
• Convenient access to the Arrowhead Alpine Club outdoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool

Skiing center
• Valet ski storage (up to four pieces of ski equipment per membership)
• Availability of family lockers, including boot drying system
• Ski-in, ski out outdoor deck at the base of the Arrowbahn Express Lift

Dining
• Lunch service at the Arrowhead Mountain Yurt for members and their accompanied guest(s) during the ski season

Arrowhead Residential Membership Information

• Residential Membership Deposit: $50,000.00
• Residential Membership Dues: $700.00 per quarter
• Refundability: Currently the membership deposit is 80% refundable upon the resignation and re-issuance of the membership as described and outlined in the Membership Plan for the Arrowhead Alpine Club.
• Transferability: A member may arrange for the Club to re-issue his or her membership to the subsequent purchaser of an Arrowhead property.

Non-Residential Membership Information

• Non-Residential Membership Deposit: $55,000.00
• Non-Residential Membership Dues: $825.50 per quarter
• Refundability: Currently the membership deposit is 80% refundable upon the resignation and re-issuance of the membership as described and outlined in the Membership Plan.
• Transferability: A Non-Residential membership is NOT transferable.
